For the 2025 Clinical & Scientific Conference, I led the creative direction and execution of a fully integrated campaign — from developing the event mark and visual identity to designing the sponsor prospectus, digital marketing, and on-site event materials.
This conference brings together clinicians, researchers, partners, and advocates to advance critical scientific work. The creative needed to reflect both the rigor of the research community and the urgency of the mission it supports.
As a mission-centered nonprofit event, the campaign had to:
Communicate credibility and scientific leadership
Inspire sponsor confidence and partnership
Support fundraising and long-term engagement
Maintain consistency across print, digital, and environmental design
Be flexible enough to scale across dozens of touchpoints
Every design decision needed to serve clarity, trust, and impact.
I created a modern, ownable visual identity that balanced clinical precision with human-centered storytelling. The mark and supporting design system established:
A clear typographic hierarchy
A structured yet dynamic layout framework
Branded graphic elements adaptable across formats
This system allowed the campaign to remain cohesive — from small digital graphics to large-format environmental signage.
A key component was the 20+ page sponsor prospectus designed to drive funding and partnership commitments.
I translated complex scientific information, data, and sponsorship tiers into an accessible, visually engaging publication that aligned with the organization’s mission and stewardship values. Custom infographics and clear editorial structure helped guide sponsors through opportunities with transparency and professionalism.
Leading up to the event, I extended the identity across:
Email marketing campaigns
Social media graphics
Registration and promotional web assets
Speaker and program announcements
Each touchpoint reinforced the mission and maintained visual consistency, helping build momentum and engagement ahead of the conference.
For the event itself, I designed environmental and attendee-facing materials including:
Large-scale banners
Directional signage and wayfinding
Stage graphics
A branded infographic event map
Supporting collateral
The result was a cohesive, mission-aligned experience that carried attendees from first communication through the final session.
