Since 2016, I have volunteered with Midwest Border Collie Rescue, where I stepped into the role of Acting President in 2024. In this position, I translated organizational and user needs into strategic marketing and digital experience solutions, leading efforts to modernize the organization’s outreach. In 2025, I led the redesign of the website, developing an accessible, user-centered digital experience using Wix that empowered non-technical stakeholders to manage and update content. This work required close collaboration, balancing business goals with user needs, and iterating on solutions to ensure usability, clarity, and long-term sustainability across digital channels.
